Questions

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Billing, stock and customer entries are saved on your phone first and sync when you are back online. Nothing you queue is ever dropped.

Is my data safe, and where is it processed?

It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and our staff cannot edit your books. Your data is stored in India: the database, your uploaded files and our backups are with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai. Cloudflare, which delivers the service, and our email provider may process requests and messages outside India. The privacy policy lists each one.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes. Full export in every format, including Tally XML, is free on every plan, including Free.

Can I bring my data from Vyapar or myBillBook?

Yes, see the switching guide for what comes across and what does not.

Is e-invoice and e-way bill included?

Yes, on every paid plan from Starter, unmetered, never a paid add-on. The Free plan does not include them. Live IRN generation switches on when our GST Suvidha Provider integration completes; until then the feature runs in sandbox and we say so inside the app.

What does the Free plan include?

One user, 15 GST invoices a month, 50 items and 50 customers, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and HSN reports, double-entry books and full data export. POS, e-invoice, e-way bill and the free accountant seat start at Starter.
